Mashya Williams is not your average southern chef. After 10+ years as a civilian contractor in Iraq & Afghanistan, she began solo-traveling the world and collecting exquisite culinary ideas for her own business. As a private chef, Mashya has had the opportunity to create an array of cultural cuisines from India, East Africa, Morocco, Southern USA & Vegan/Vegetarian options.
